Rock ‘n Roll Senior Dance at Country Club Senior Center

A solid social network and regular exercise are two of the best practices in successful aging, and dancing has been said to improve brain health. From 3-5 p.m. Sunday, June 9 keep your heart young and move your groove to classic rock tunes from the ’50s to the ’80s. Admission is $10 and tickets are available online or at the door.
