OCEANSIDE, CA – March 3, 2025 – MainStreet Oceanside today announced the appointment of Angie Leonard as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 25, 2025.
Angie brings 20 years of experience in executive management to the role, with a proven track record of success in financial management and business compliance. She is a compassionate leader with a focus on fostering a collaborative culture.

Angie is a 18 year Oceanside resident and has served MainStreet Oceanside for the past five years as Chief Financial Officer and has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer for the past five months.
The Board of Directors is confident that Angie’s leadership will be instrumental in guiding MainStreet Oceanside into its next chapter of growth and impact. Her responsibilities will include advancing the organization’s local business services, improving community engagement and collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of the Clean & Safe Initiative through the Property and Business Improvement District (PBID).
