With over five years of experience, Steven recently relocated from LA after falling in love with Carlsbad during a visit. He’s committed to police work and building strong connections with the community. Off duty, you’ll usually find him at the beach, fishing or hitting the gym.

A Northern California native and Marine Corps veteran, Bradley brings 5 years of law enforcement experience. He loves spending time in Carlsbad with his wife and three kids and is excited to make a difference in the community.
Officer Tyler Muir
Tyler brings 6 years of law enforcement experience in patrol, custody and critical incident response. He recently relocated with his wife and daughter to be closer to family. Off duty, he’s all about powerlifting, grilling and spending quality time with his family.
Dispatcher Ranae Collins
With 11 years in the U.S. Army Reserve and a background in communications, Ranae is now proudly serving as a dispatcher. She loves getting out to local events and outdoor adventures with her husband and three daughters.

Brian grew up in Oceanside and recently graduated from the police academy. Inspired by his father and grandfather—both retired CHP officers—he’s proud to follow in their footsteps. He enjoys surfing, running and cheering on the Padres!
