Vista, CA – The residents of Vista came out to enjoy the 2nd Annual Trick or Treat event in the parking lot of the Civic Center. There were many booths offering everyone plenty of treats. Trucks and equipment from the Fire Department, Public Works, and the Vista Sheriff’s Department were on display. Many families dressed in costumes for this free event. Also, people were spotted around town in costumes.
