VISTA, CA – Vista Community Clinic (VCC) is excited to unveil its new online resource dedicated to its Mobile Care Services. Now available at www.vistacommunityclinic.org/mobile-care, this page provides a comprehensive guide to the mobile services offered by VCC, helping patients and community members easily access essential healthcare that is mobile.
VCC’s Mobile Care Services bring high-quality healthcare directly to the community, offering dental care, primary care services, behavioral health support, and food distribution. Expanding access to care beyond clinic walls has helped VCC to ensure that individuals and families—especially those facing transportation or financial barriers—receive the services they need. Mobile services are currently offered in all three counties that the organization serves – North County San Diego, Orange County, and Riverside County.
“We know that access to care resources is one of the biggest challenges many individuals face,” said Michelle Sevilla, Director of Community Outreach. “In adding more of this information directly on our site, we hope to make it even easier for our community to learn about our mobile care options, when and where they are available, and how they can take advantage of these essential services.”
The new webpage offers a detailed breakdown of VCC’s mobile units, their services, schedules, and locations. The organization hopes that the page will serve as a valuable tool for current and prospective patients to navigate what is happening close to them and connect with VCC’s trusted staff.
For more information on all of VCC’s services, visit www.vcc.org or call/text (844) 308-5003. Community organizations interested in bringing these services to their sites are encouraged to contact VCC at 760-631-5000 ext. 8068 to explore partnership opportunities.
